Welcome to the Virginia Title Center Settlement Processing Center Team! Chris learned about what makes VTC special when she closed on her new home with us while relocating from Florida to Bassett, VA.

Chris joined the VTC team in June of 2021 as a Settlement Processor. She is responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of residential and commercial real estate closings.  Chris brings over 20 years of settlement and real estate experience to the team. She strives to provide excellent customer service and make the settlement process as stress-free as possible for all involved. Chris enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, projects around the house and being outdoors in her spare time.
